We had.a senior with mobility issue in our group. I asked the front desk if the hotel happens to have a wheelchair available so that we could use the walkway. The front desk coldly replied, "No," He then added, "We are not a hospital." Bluntly rude, indifferent, and unprofessional. It only takes one staff to ruin a business's reputation. Senior group weekend

Desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room had tv, refrigerator and a microwave, but only an outlet for two plugs. Had to unplug tv to use the microwave and vice-versa. Room very clean and maid service was great. Nice breakfast. Coffee always available in the lobby.

Not fancy but practical

Very friendly staff. Location is very nearby places to eat, easy access to freeway and easy drive to Solvang. Rooms are practical. Clean and comfortable. It is reasonably priced. Breakfast is offered. Not fancy but good for the start of our day.

While this hotel was budget friendly, I guess it’s true when they said you get what you paid for. The road noise from the freeway was SO loud it made it difficult to sleep. There was a strange odor in the hallway that was very unpleasant. I appreciate the friendly staff and easy check-in/check out process. With that said, we won’t be returning to this hotel.

The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, blowdryer and iron and ironing board. The shower was great too. They offer breakfast which wss good. They had eggs, bacon, gravy, muffins, waffles. And danishes. The coffee was so good I had two cups.

Inadequate soundproofing. We heard traffic noise all night. They only had thick bed pillows. The door lock broke on the second day. Rather than just giving us another room, we had to pack up and take everything with us and then unpack again in a new room that evening when we returned.

Nice stay, an easy distance from Solvang.

Clean room, comfortable bed, coffee in room and always available in the lobby with a breakfast. Unfortunately, the air unit needed servicing. The change filter light was on and it was so LOUD that whenever the compressor kicked on, I would be awakened from sleep.
