Overall stay was average. Wi-Fi had poor connection, foot like odor in room, AC unit faces bed directly, refrigerator mildly cold. Positives are the breakfast and location 3 miles to Solvang.

Great staff, nice, clean, and budget friendly

I loved this hotel. Staff are very friendly, and accomodating. It's close to everything, easily accessible, and after a day's (and night) visit to nearby Solvang, its like coming home to your own bed. Although it's by the freeway, it's fairly quiet and quaint. The hotel might be dated, but its very clean and the staff try very hard to maintain it, and they're always all smiles! That adds value for me as a traveller and visitor.

Great location for wine lovers!

The checking in and checking out experience was lovely. There were lots of good choices at the breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. There’s a nice little picnic area to the side of the hotel where you can take a dog or just sit. We were just in town for one night for a wine release party at a winery in Los Olivos so it was a great location.
Fun at one of our favorite wineries in Solvang so close to the hotel.

Stayed here many times and will continie to do so. My only problem is we were given a room right next to check in. Im not sure who there was to talk to at 3 am but they were noisey.

Quality vs Quantity

Shower did not run good, water was stuck in bathtub. Called front desk, wasn’t to helpful, not friendly! Rooms very small for the price of them. My daughter left her baby blanket, called to see if they housekeeping found it, but they were not friendly, did not bother to ask around, a bit rud.. will not stay again… Breakfast was ok.

The room is yoir typical room, but it was clean amd seemed like it had a little extra space and access was easy. The front desk perosn was amazing , he was super knowledgeable, and helpful, he went out of his way to find my wife a different flavored tea bag.
