This was our first time stage at this hotel, and it was awesome! It was very clearly quiet so close to a lot of things we can walk to. We enjoyed the extra amenities like a sparkling water and hot water refill station. Staff was very friendly and we would definitely stay there again.

The staff I interacted with everyday at the Watertown Hotel during my 4-night stay there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient and safe area. House keeping is offered every other day, which works perfect for me. Room amenities, such as coffee was not automatically refilled during room cleaning. But you can easily ask for them at the front desk. They served pineapple shaped sugar cookies daily at the lobby, which give someone who has a sweet tooth something to look forward to everyday. (The staff shared with me that they have the cookies behind their counter all the time, so you can always ask them for it even before or after the afternoon snack time.) The Wi-fi was a little bit unstable during my stay (dropped connection) though.

The staff was helpful at times during our stay. We were there for five days and requested a change of towels on day three, but it took until the following day, day four, for them to be replaced. Additionally, the TV services in our room were not functioning properly; we were unable to stream content or access broadcast channels, despite paying extra fees for these amenities at the resort. The resort was clean and well situated if you want to go to the University of Washington, it is blocks away. There is not a very good selection of restaurants in the area unless you want to eat Asian food.
