Amazing balcony for the best people watching on Ocean Blvd. Quick & easy three minute walk will put you on the #1 Beach in the USA, Siesta Beach! This beautifully appointed apt. is perfect for those who will not mind the "buzz" and energy of our busy little Village. No need for a car to get around. You are where everyone wants to be already. Very walkable!

The space
Very unique because of it’s proximity to the beach and the heart of Siesta Key Village

Guest access
Access through a locked gate and up a set of stairs. There is also partial access to an elevator that is used primarily for the cool store downstairs but can be accessed if absolutely necessary. Amazing people watching from the very private and cool balcony

Other things to note
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Parking: There is only one space for parking.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
- Towels may not be hung over the balcony railing at any time.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Thank you for your understanding.

The reason I gave it 3 stars for cleanliness is that we found hair in the shower which made us question the cleanliness of the rest of the apartment. The wine glass was also smudgy..We were also confused how it was called a one bedroom when there was no actual bedroom with a door it was more of a long studio. That being said the noise machine in the bedroom was a great touch as we could not hear each other at night. The location is absolutely amazing a 7 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to all the best coffee shops and restaurants. We parked our car and never used it again for 3 days. It is very loud as siesta key oyster bar is right next door and on Friday and Saturday nights they play live music. Also heard the sounds of obnoxious cars on the main drag but it shuts down at midnight so it wasn't terrible. Friday night we were really tired and wanted to go to bed earlier but if you bring earplugs and a noise machine it's fine. They have excellent thick balcony doors that block out a lot of noise but it is not quiet by any means. Saturday night we stayed on the balcony and listened to the music until 11:30 at night it was really cool. Overall a wonderful stay! Just wish it was a true one-bedroom, but maybe I missed that in the description. The manager was available immediately when we couldn't figure out the code to the first door, he was a really nice guy

Very convenient to beach, shops, and restaurants. Comfortable bed, thoughtful amenities, cute decor. Not so comfortable furniture. Clean. Easy access once we figured out the outer door. No worries about key pick up or drop off appreciated. Overall a nice visit with beautiful weather.

We enjoyed our stay, clean and has everything we need! We love the location, for some it might a little noisy but we like all the music and people watching! It is a perfect place for our small family. The only improvement that we can suggest is the mattress on the pull-out coach needs replacing. Definitely will return!!

Amazing little Apartment

The apartment was very nice and spacious, in the perfect location for Siesta Village, and just a five minute walk to the public access to the beach! It had chairs, coolers, and an umbrella for the beach. The atmosphere and vibe was perfect! We will most certainly stay again!

We stayed here for our baby moon and it was the most perfect location! Although in the heart of everything, it was very quiet! You could enjoy the live music from the balcony or just walk out the front door and have your choice of places/things to do! The property was very clean and had beach chairs/towels and a cooler which was nice for people like us who flew down to Florida! We will definitely be back next year!

We always like staying here. The condo has a nice outdoor porch overlooking the main drag. The bedroom is nice a dark for sleeping. Super convenient to everything. Safe. The only thing I would say negative is that the internet can be spotty at times.

3 Night Stay

Everything was excellent except the air conditioner was leaking water and wasn't working properly. Had HVAC repairman worked on it for a couple of hours, but it seemed like it was only cooling down to 78 - 80 degrees and the fan was the only thing on. The owner stated on the phone that it was just worked on the week before with the same issues. Little disappointed, but would stay there again.

This property was right in the heart of the Village. Easy to walk across the street for morning coffee at Mojo Risin or to the Daquari Deck for a drink. Also a quick 5 minute walk to the beach.

Very clean, perfect for my husband and I for a quick 3 day trip. Right in the middle of restaurants , bars, shopping. 😊 The only negative would be only one roll of toilet paper was given to us. Would definitely stay here again!

ROACHES!! AVOID THIS PLACE! ROACHES!!!

Arrived to this unit, my husband and I. Very good location that is true. Across from restaurants and bars. First night we go to bed and wake up, turn light on in kitchen and there are roaches longer than your index finger all on the pullout couch and floor. When you arrive there is a Welcome Binder with info like things to do and on page 4 is BUGS YOU MAY FIND IN YOUR UNIT. WHAT?! This could have been posted prior to booking. It’s an issue or it wouldn’t be in their welcome binder. Under sink there was 3 different cans of bug and roach spray. This is an obvious issue. Contacted the management that night and just said they would send someone to spray the can for us. Condescending. Rude. We wanted to leave our week vacation trip and offered to pay for first night. He repeated no refunds. I have video and pictures. Called VBO and they were no help whatsoever and said it was up to owner. Not to mention the air conditioner is a wall unit, it never got below 78-80 every day. Misrepresented and disgusting pests. No advocate for us in this situation. STAY AWAY, there are many other options available.
