Overall good with the exception of front desk staf

Everything was good other than the front desk staff. They were very rude in responding. Especially a staff Rochel was extremely rude with her response.

Great Stay in Littel India

Great convenience, pleasant staff, and very close to amenities such as Mustafa Centre and Farrer Park MRT. There are also plenty of delicious Indian food options nearby. The area feels safe and secure, making it a great choice for a stay, A suggestion for Nova Tel: adding a spa, sauna, and health center would be a great benefit for both the hotel and its guests
