Very convenient to walk to USS. The hotel staff are very professional. My room was upgraded by hotel manager because my original reserved room was not ready at the check in time, which makes our stay more pleasant.

Room are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is not at the hotel and it’s has very less options and taste normal. Some of the staffs is very nice and helpful but some were not. Good location and value to recommend.

Thank God they had comfortable pillows; was able to get a great nights rest. Room was very clean and AC was powerful. Breakfast (upgrade option) was a journey over to Loma, but the food there was outstanding. Just 3 minute walk to a 7-11 and 6 minute walk to Universal. MRT access next to the 7-11 makes Sentosa very easy to travel to the gardens and beaches.

Location is great but thats it, customer service for 5 star hotel nonegsistant, first and only hotel here where we were not greeted, attended or helped upon arrival. Bar area was closed and noone advised. Rooms old and upkeep medioker. Would not condsider a 5 star hotel.
