Booked a room that said it had hand held shower head and safely bars. It was a fixed shower head and there was 1 safety bar in tub area behind the toilet area. If you’re getting in and out of the tub it is useless. Also had no not water when taking a shower around 9 pm. Awoken between 10-11 pm with kids running down hall knocking on doors. (I know out of their control)

Good but could use some attention details

The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, the 4th floor ice machine was not working, the hair conditioner in the shower was empty, and the little bar of soap for hand washing crumbled upon opening, making it useless. Breakfast had plenty of options and was available early and was quite tasty.
