Home Away from Home - Beach Cottages I 111 is a SILVER rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front Patio with direct access to the raised pool deck with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of patio furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Patio is accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. Full size, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen complete with appliances, stocked drawers and cabinets with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Spacious living room dining room combo. Flat Panel Cable TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms, telephone with free local and North America calls and Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a full bed in in the third bedroom. There is a walk-in shower and double sink vanity in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo and single sink vanity in the guest bathroom. It has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

Amenities include 7 beach towels, beach cooler; playpen with mattress; 2 booster seats; 2 baby baths (different sizes), baby walker, Baby carrier up to 40 lb, Toilet ring for toddlers, Rubbermaid step stool for toddlers, Baby bibs and baby dinnerware, Baby life jacket; Bed rail; beach chairs & towels; pool toys; board games and playing cards; washer and dryer with free laundry detergent and fabric softener supplied by owner; sewing repair kit; wall mounted hair dryers; fireplace with insert; and first aid kit.

The designated parking spot for this condo is conveniently located next to the stairwell leading up to the condo hallway or a short walk to the elevator. Enjoy glorious sunsets as you walk along the beach. This vacation rental is perfect for families and the elderly--supervise your children in the pool from the patio and no need to do stairs to get to the pool and BBQ area with three gas grills. This vacation rental has wheelchair access to pool deck. Adjustable and portable bath stool is available for persons with limited mobility.

Condo association requires minimum 7 day rentals and 7 persons (including infants) maximum occupancy.
FREE access to Beach Front Fitness Center. The Beach Cottages I & II Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Gas grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included with bed Linens and bath towels are provided.

Maximum occupancy: 7 persons (including infants). It is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental and the Parking is assigned with 1 covered spot underneath the building convenient to stairs. Limit one parking pass at check-in and sorry No Pets, RVs or boats allowed.

Very well stocked condo and friendly management

I underestimated how well stocked this Condo would be. It had everything we needed and then some! Traveling with 2 toddlers requires a lot of stuff and the condo owner was able to save us a lot of space packing since they had everything! The condo itself was very clean, fairly updated, and close to the pool. There’s a very easy check in/out process and the managing company is very helpful and friendly. The Binder the owner leaves is also helpful for tips about the condo (I.e which grill works best) but also suggestions for dinner and other activities around the area. Would highly recommend this Condo to anyone but especially those with young children!

Very Family Friendly Condo

Condo with a view of beach and Pool

I have stayed in a few different units at the beach cottages and have enjoyed each one. My family and I really enjoyed the convenience of this condo to walk out to the pool, garage or beach with ease. First time on the first-floor unit. This condo is advertised as a three bedroom. Don't get me wrong it does have 3 bedrooms, but the 3rd bedroom is almost useless. It is very small & You have to climb over the bed to get to the washer and dryer that's in a closet. You literally have to squeeze in between the bed and the doors for the washer and dryer. The room has no AC and is HOT! There are plenty of box fans, but this did not help. This unit would be much better with 2 bedrooms and a laundry room/ maybe expand the kitchen. Also, some of the outlets didn't work in the two bedrooms. That was the worst part of this condo. After we checked in, everything seemed clean except it seems it was rushed. There was a dirty diaper in between couch cushions, there was a sippy cup with rotten milk or something in it under a couch cushion. The couch could be replaced as it has a lot of wear and tear. The recliner is ok but it's really old and looking worn out also. The condo was well stocked with everything needed for the beach imaginable & plenty of stuff for babies. We packed our own stuff so didn't need to use it but that's a nice option for people that are flying and can't bring it with them. Overall, the place was great. Beautiful views.

Relaxing stay

We love the location and the fact that it is so family friendly. Even though we did not have a baby with us I was amazed at the amount of baby supplies available. I was also amazed at the inventory of good beach chairs, umbrellas and even beach toys and boogie boards. The only thing missing was a can opener in the kitchen. I am sure there once was one, but we could not find it. Thank you for a wonderful week at the beach.

Family Friendly Rental

We had an awesome time. The condo is well stocked and very baby friendly. It’s a great location to the pool and to the beach. We got in late and the communication with the front desk was amazing. Everything was waiting for us so we could get into our condo. Our family loved everything about this rental!!

Family vacation

We come to Indian shores every year bc of the privacy of the beach. We are glad we chose this condo it fit our family of 5 great. Plus the first floor access to the pool deck right off off our balcony and the grill area was perfect. We left some newer chairs in the condo the other beach chairs were broken and we left a couple new boogie boards. We will definitely choose this condo year after year as long as it’s available.

Absolutely horrible, Not only did the key pad not work to get in the room the A/C in one of the rooms didn't work . Extremely hot in there they called maintenance and he said nothing they can do that's why there is a fan in the room. So basically they are renting this unit and not telling anyone about the problem. The only good thing that came out of this they relocated me to another property.

Great location and overall great experience

Loved the location of the property and the location of the unit. Had some technical issues with locking the unit with the code. Management took care of it by giving us keys the next day but one of us did need to stay behind to keep our belongings secure for the first night's dinner. Cleanliness needed help. Kids room had underware behind the bed, knives were dirty when we pulled them out to use them, and when we pulled the bag out of the trash can, it was gross. We called management for a couple broken items so we would not be charged. Parking was a little difficult with a support beam right by that unit's spot. Were not able to have another option. The overall vacation was wonderful. Price was very affordable for our accommodations and we loved having our own patio right off the pool. The pool area was HUGE and had plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Walk to beach was not too bad to get to the water's edge and had lounges with umbrellas to rent for the day. I and my family would definitely go back. The management company called to ask about the issues before we left and I am confident 90% of the items will be cured before our next stay.

Unit needs updating

Burn those bedspreads and clean those bathrooms. It’s a lot of money for outdated appliances. Well worn sofa. Location is terrific. The unit is spacious. Appreciate the washer/dryer but why is it in the 3rd bedroom. Deck and furniture are very nice. Owner left a wonderful package with maps and information about local shops ,restaurants and attractions. Very appreciated. The possibilities of this condo are incredible! And most of all - and not the owners fault - there was AWFUL construction noise all day long above us. If you needed a respite from the beach - the condo was not a peaceful retreat. At times, we had to shout to hear each other. Awful and probably would have cancelled our reservation. Poor communication on that.

Condo was in nice shape. Had everything we need since we were traveling with 3 kids. The location was prefect for them to be able to take a nap and we were able to enjoy the pool.

Great Condo! Highly recommend!

Had a great vacation with my daughters! Condo is perfect! It was spotless upon check-in and they have a brand new table and chairs in the dining room and kitchen! If you have small children (I didn't) this condo is for you. They have tons of extras for small kids! They even provide beach towels (in addition to the bath towels). Perfect location on the first floor, steps away from the salt water pool. The beach is only steps from the condo, and has sugar white sand! Beach is not crowded at all and perfect for families. Family spring break trip

We rent condos at least 3 times a year at different locations in the US and abroad, my disappointment at this location is the worst we have EVER stayed. Let me start by saying the condo is very worn and tired, the couch is old and dated along with the painted dinning chairs/table , the small table with 4 chairs in the kitchen was useless and in the way when in the kitchen working. On our FIRST night I had to wash bed linens because black hairs was on the sheets when we pulled back the covers, the bed comforter's was very worn out and sloppy looking. MASTER shower has mold under the edge of rim that you can't see standing but when sitting on toilet it's very noticeable,,, but my biggest complaint is how filthy the sliding glass doors were and the BLACK patio that was builtup dirt and wouldmake your feet filthy( a power washing would make a world of difference ), the mirrors on the wall really dates the condo unit. The ONLY great thing about the unit is the walk out to the small pool,, would NOT recommend staying here at the rental price and definitely would recommend firing who ever that is supposed to keep this unit clean!
