Miksi me rakastamme DOLPHIN HOUSEa

Hauska, hieman funky ja täysin kutsuva, Dolphin House ottaa kuvan itse Gulfportista. Ja ei ole ihme: tämä vuokra on sijoitettu kaupungin sydämeen, vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä ranta-alueelta.

Great stay

We came to Gulfport to visit family. Picked this home so we could bring our dog. Beautifully furnished - kitchen had everything imaginable, but we didn’t cook! Quiet neighborhood - enjoyed walking around in spite of the damage done by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Highly recommend this home and will put it on our “return to” list!

Hurricane Interruption

Unfortunately we were unable to make our trip due to back to back hurricanes. That being said, I have previously enjoyed one of their properties and it was a 5 star property. I hope to rebook Dolphin House next spring. Buying trip insurance is a must...it covered my losses 100%.

Gulfport - Eckerd College Dropoff

Dolphin House Charmer was the perfect location for a few days' stay ahead of dropping off our daughter for her first year at Eckerd College in St. Pete. We used the front bedroom as a staging area for all of the stuff we trekked down from Minnesota with and found Gulfport to be a great middle ground for completing all of the final errands to finish outfitting her dorm room. The house had everything we needed and was so comfortable! We loved how easy it was to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and the waterfront. Given that we will be regularly visiting our daughter and exploring the area, I intend to make Dolphin House our regular spot to book!

Perfection as Always

This is our 2nd time staying at Dolphin House. The first time was in December 2012 before the upgrades & it was great the, but now it is amazing! The addition of a screened porch was wonderful, the new kitchen is gorgeous, & the coffee bar is great! Thank you for a relaxing vacation in a spacious house with awesome amenities!

Nice trip

We had such an easy time with our stay! The house is perfect for couples or a family with the split floor plan! The fenced in backyard made it so easy for us with our little fur babies as well❤️ I would highly recommend if you love Gulfport or St Pete area because it is close to it all!!

Great Property and Location

We came for the Sarasota Arts Festival and are glad we stayed in this area. We own several long term and two short term rentals so we know how things should be managed. This property checked all the boxes. It was spotless and very well maintained. You can walk to several good Resturant’s and the local beach. We really enjoyed the Italian and Greek Resturants. The beds were comfortable and the screened in porch was an added luxury.

Home away from home

This property was perfect for our staycation. We had a wedding to attend in the area and property was a perfect little hideaway while being close enough to getting everywhere we wanted to. Great walking distance to the picturesque Gulfport. The neighbors/neighborhood was quiet, perfect to have a cup of coffee and/or grill in the backyard. Our host had great communication with us and was able to address any and all the questions I had beforehand. We would definitely recommend to others as well as stay again.

Third times a charm!

This was our third stay at Dolphin House. We like the layout, which allows for some privacy when staying with family members such as adult siblings. The kitchen is very well equipped. This was the second year that we made Thanksgiving dinner while there. The neighborhood is great for walking. There are restaurants and shops nearby. All in all a great place to stay.

Everything you need!

Was so pleased to have a fully stocked kitchen. There were also spices, oil and vinegar, etc . Plenty of beach towels and chairs for us to take down to the beach. My teens loved riding the bikes around town. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The 2 separate living areas were really nice to have too. Kitchen and bath remodels were beautiful and we loved outdoor landscaping. Just perfect!

Family Summer Vacation

We had a great 4th of July experience at the Dolphin House. GulfPort fireworks display was amazing! My grandkids enjoyed them! The location was great a lot of things to experience within a few blocks of the house. We will be going back!

Gulfport St Paddy’s

This was a great spot tucked in just behind all the hot spots in Gulfport. Easy walking distance to all that Gulfport offers. Clean and well maintained house, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 full baths, great kitchen, open concept with a couple of nice outdoor sitting areas. I highly recommend this place and plan to use it again.

From start to finish we can’t say it any better than we would love to rent the Dolphin House again in a heartbeat. Loved being able to walk to everything Gulfport has to offer. The owners have supplied everything you will need and the house was super nice. Highly recommended.

Something for everyone

This was our second stay at Dolphin House, this time for two weeks. The layout is great, particularly if your group includes extended family (as ours did) or friends. And if you like to cook, you will find a well equipped kitchen. This property is quiet, but is also close to the Gulfport restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our morning walks (working off those vacation calories) in the neighborhood. It is a quick drive to downtown St. Pete and everything it has to offer.

Great space, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to stay again! The property is perfectly located for us, bring able to get either to the beach or downtown St Pete within 10 mins. It's also walkable to the downtown / waterfront area of Gulfport. The house is laid out well and even though we were only two adults and one pup, it's a great space for a family for sure. We loved having laundry on site too. The host was excellent to deal with and we liked the high tech feature of being able to communicate via the digital wall panel. Never seen that before but we want one for our own vacation rental! We loved our stay so much that we extended it and will certainly book again.

It’s Got it All

The Dolphin House is an amazing property located in an inclusive and diverse artist community. It was spotless without feeling sterile. You just wanted to take your shoes off and relax, which is the whole point of a vacation after all. The owner has thought of everything when stocking this home and even came up with something’s you didn’t know you needed. One innovation is the wall mounted electronic concierge kiosk. You check in and check out using this device and it also offers you suggestions for your stay. St Pete Beach is a short 15 minutes away or the less crowded community beach is at the end of the street. I would definitely stay here again. This house is a winner when it comes to vacation rentals.
