Our Las Brisas three bedroom/two bath condominium rental is among the larger units available in the Tampa-St. Pete-Clearwater Beach area. It is easy to get to from area airports and is 30 minutes from Tampa International with Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Petersburg Beach to the south. The condo has 2 covered and reserved parking spaces.

It is a short hike to St. John's Pass, a popular destination with many restaurants, fishing charters, parasailing, waverunner rentals, and an old fashioned boardwalk lined with interesting shops.

The beach is famous for its soft sugar sand and year-round near perfect weather. Numerous attractions are nearby including great golf, Busch Gardens (30 minutes), Disney World (90 minutes), Tampa Aquarium, planetarium, art museums, live theatre, and plenty of water sports, rentals, and activities within minutes. Not to mention miles of open beaches and the Gulf of Mexico right at your feet.

Las Brisas is a modern, five-story, 40-unit condominium with under-building private parking, easy access, elevator service, a beachside heated swimming pool, Tiki Hut lounge areas with outdoor grills, and a fabulous beach. For larger family gatherings, we have access to several units in this building.

Absolutely STUNNING condo. Beyond exceeded our expectations and was exactly as described in the listing. The host was quick to respond - even after an accidental call, and even allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. We would definitely stay here again when in the area!

The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The smaller size of the building made the beach much less crowded and we were able to get to know our temporary neighbors. Dolphins went by all day and came very close to the shore. We even saw a few manatees. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! The sky even gifted us with a goodbye rainbow as we were packing to leave.

This was an absolutely beautiful updated condo. I stayed at Las Brisas before and was nice but this was exceptional. Like I said stay in many of these which are nice but this was hotel feel. Jim was a pleasure to speak to and answered any questions immediately. Only one thing , was bbq’s weren’t working facility should fix/replace. Jim, we will definitely be back next year! It was a blessing for our family, thank you

Accidents happen!

It was a beautiful condo and well equipped. We accidently broke a bedroom lamp and contacted owner who allowed us to replace it. Went to nearby At Home and found two matching bedroom lamps. Easy fix!

The condo was fantastic! Beautiful views, being right in the beach was great. John’s pass boardwalk was close that had tons to do to get a little break from the water,sand and sun a bit. 8 of us stayed at the condo 4 adults and 4 kids. Great Spring Break in Madeira!

We had a great trip to this property for Spring Break. The condo itself is great, very spacious and easily held our group of 5. The views from the balcony are unbeatable! You are right on the beach! The location is good - right in the mix of Madeira Beach - walkable restaurants. There is significant hurricane damage to both the area and the property. The pool was out of service and I was disappointed that wasn't listed on the property information when we booked. It looks VERY close to being open, so hopefully not a problem much longer. Other parts of the complex are also a bit run down (paver patios out front, landscaping, etc) or just still recovering from the hurricane (hard to tell which), but overall great beach, views and condo!

Family Beach Week

Wonderful unit - Lovely Vacation - a couple hiccups

2 Grandparents, 2 Parents and 1 toddler stayed for 5 nights at Las Brisas 302. The unit is absolutely fabulous, completely updated, well equipped, and right on the beach. Beach service with umbrellas and cushioned loungers is available for rent right outside the building. Very walkable to coffee, a few restaurants (Dockside Dave's is amazing), beach bar. Johns Pass is a short ride (or walk if you're ambitious) away, with shopping and more bars/restaurants. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Now the hiccups, both of which were completely out of the host's control: First, the microwave had apparently blown a circuit right before we arrived, and they were unable to replace it during our stay, so that was mildly inconvenient, but certainly not a big deal. Second, the elevator in the building wasn't working for the majority of our stay. Thankfully it was working on our arrival day, so we got all of our luggage and gear up to the third floor without incident. They thought they had it fixed at one point, and our family used it - only to be stuck in the elevator for several minutes until we were able to force the door open. Scary. After that, it wasn't operable the rest of our visit. Again - completely out of the host's control. The host was very apologetic, and even let us stay in the unit for a few hours past normal check-out time for our inconvenience. Overall, I would highly recommend! Great time, great unit, very responsive host!
