The room reserved was not available upon arrival. Staff member C was less than helpful throughout the stay. When asked for a manager I was denied the assistance and was only provided a name of someone who was not on premises ( no manager on site after 2pm). Horrible accommodation.

Room was not worth the price paid. I would have paid $60-70 per night, not $110-120. Pay the extra $10 and stay some place nicer....

Wow was that the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Every hostel I’ve ever been in is a Ritz in comparison. They should be ashamed to offer these rooms. Stained linens, peeling walls, bugs, broken floors, bathrooms tubs so broken up you could cut your feet.
