Really friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms, and while they are starting to get a bit dated, the price point off sets that. Very welcoming and accommodating of children. The breakfast buffet was above average too

The property was good but I didn’t like the fact that there was no parking for free! When we stay at the Star it’s included.. so I probably wouldn’t stay there again .. buffer breakfast was pretty good

After a maintenance issue on our room the staff and manager on shift could not have been more helpful. Full accommodating our families needs despite being fully booked. The staff were polite, friendly and seemed to really care about their guests needs. Breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day with wonderful food and plenty of it. Walking distance to Darling Harbor. Would definitely visit again!

I called and advised we needed a late check in. Upon checking in, we were advised we would be given a different room as an alternative to better suit our needs. TV didn’t operate and after having it checked by service man we were advised he would have to replace in AM. Hotel was extremely noisy and room cleanliness and condition was not acceptable. We did receive an alternate room which was same a previous with the although had a view. Entire property was not in condition of previous Novotel’s we’ve stayed in! Not happy with this selection.

Besides the location being right on Darling Harbour we didn’t enjoy our stay. It cost just over $1500 for 3 nights. The buffet has plenty of food but none of it was anything special. Nothing you looked forward too. More like a poor FIFO buffet. Twice I had to go and ask for toilet paper. Being only given 1 roll a day. There were never any spares in room. Same with the towels. I had to ask for towels. Run down building, needing love.

No no Novotel

Booked Novotel as I was arriving late & they advertised 24 hour room service- when I arrive I’m told not hot food on room service only cold snacks! Arrive at my room to a very musty smell of a room that had not been opened for a long time, only one of two beds made up with bedding for the second bod in a heap on a sideboard. Tried to take a bath but no plug to be had in the room - overall a terrible hotel - spend your dollars elsewhere

Welcoming and friendly staff but room was hot

We enjoyed our night at the Novotel, the staff went over and above making us feel welcome. The room's bed's were comfortable, the harbour view was nice but the A/C didn't work and the place was a little dirty.
