Desk personnel actually seemed to have no idea what she was doing! My wife & I have stayed at Embassy Suites across the nation, this was by far the worst. Don’t even know how this place could be an Embassy Suites!

The first thing that went wrong was the parking. When I. Heckled In the receptionist told me there was a parking garage, so I paid the $22 and parked on the roof, when I complained to the receptionist and her Mgr. they said, “ There is handicap parking outside the garage “ well now my car is on the roof and I was not about to limo 4 flights of stairs again. The second problem was the noise, our room was next to the Freeway and it sounded like a raceway. I intend to write a review on Yelp about these conditions.

We had an amazing view with such a beautiful clean room. They welcomed us and our 2 ESA dogs with open arms. The food was delicious and atmosphere was perfect…all in all it was an amazing weekend get away
