Room was clean and comfortable. It was a busy weekend at the hotel with multiple events happening in the area so there was often congestion at the valet parking and elevators but the staff were all very helpful and kind. I'm sure they are used to it. Valet retrieval was fairly quick compared to other downtown hotels I've been to in other cities. The hotel was also oversold so we ended up getting a different room than we booked but it was ok. They offered us complimentary items from the lobby market to make up for it. We also had a credit at the lobby starbucks which we didnt end up using. A quick and easy walk to Amalie Arena to attend an event there so that was the primary point of booking here. Highly recommend if you need to do the same! Just keep traffic in mind. Would stay again
