"We stayed one week with our family. House was clean and really spacious with italian history included in interior decoration. Everything in the house functioned well and there wasn’t any problems. Host’s friend Marcello even cleaned the pool every morning. Maybe only difficult thing to get hang of was recycling of the trashes, as it was bit complicated system with specific dates of pick-up for different trashes. But with the help of our host we managed to handle it :) Views from villa were beautiful to both sides, downhill vista to the village of Marginone and valleys, and looking up was medieval village of Montecarlo. Both villages were in walking distance, around 1,5 km. Lastly, our host Franco was such a lovely person and true gentleman! Everything worked with him and he was friendly and helpful. We were celebrating my 50th birthday, and asked Franco could he arrange some kind of birthday dinner for us, and he said of course. Dinner cost us barely anything and we thought he would order some kind of catering for us, but turned out that he was going to cook 4 course dinner for us by himself! Dinner was delicious and something we will remember forever."
