Il personale è stato molto disponibile sia per il check-in in che per il check-out che per la colazione, soprattutto visto la mia celiachia. La camera era più piccola e messa in po' peggio (anche a illuminazione) di come sembrava dalle foto, soprattutto nelle foto sembrava più ampia di com'era nella realtà (per esempio da un lato tra scrivania e letto c'era mezzo metro neanche). La colazione è stata trovata poco soddisfacente soprattutto per la parte di bevande dalla persona che è venuta con me.

Struttura vecchia, pulizia superficiale. Arredo scadente, nel bagno i sanitari sono grandi e lo spazio poco, e non si riesce ad usare il bidet. Anche se la colazione è adeguata e l'hotel è vicino al centro, tutto sommato non vale quanto chiede.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza con questa struttura è stata terribile, camera al 3 Piano: - Ascensore non funzionava quasi mai - Mancanza di pressione dell'acquia in doccia - Telecomando TV non funzionante, per spegnerlo era necessario staccare la spina - Il lavandino del bagno sta per crollare - Per chiudere la porta era necessario perforza dare le mandate con le chiavi

Ho prenotato questa struttura il giorno stesso del pernotto anzi, pochi minuti prima di arrivare. C’era stato un problema con il sito quindi in realtà non avevano la camera che avevo prenotato perché erano già pieni. Non posso quindi valutare la camera solo dire cHe sono stati gentilissimi, mi hanno subito contattato, spiegato il problema e offerto di prenotarmi una camera all’hotel vicino. Quindi direi molto gentili ed efficienti nonostante il problema
