Took a chance and glad I did

Beautiful hotel. Very good breakfast. My only complaint was there were no clean pool towels and there was no sheets for the pull out couch so twice I had to go down to lobby to ask for some. But the desk man was very nice and the breakfast lady was very nice. I don't usually stay at La Quinta hotels because they aren't very good but I saw the high rating on hotels.com and decided to take a chance. Glad I did. This was a newer La Quinta Inn and was much nicer than the old ones.

Person at the counter was very welcoming, hotel as a whole was very clean, rooms were quit, breakfast great and the person keeping the area clean and stock was very friendly and greeted everyone with a cheery good morning. All La Quinta's should be run like this. Negative part was using the reservation call center $50 more per night, than going through a 3rd party reservation system, why? Wasted my time and theirs.

We were just looking for a comfy clean bed to recharge halfway through our 19 hr drive from Fort Myers back to Northwest Indiana! The rooms were cozy, clean, and the beds were comfortable! The hotel breakfast was delicious as well a very nice way to save a little money as we are a family of 7 !!

It is an excellent place to stay with animals. I like the fact that the beds are flat to the floor so the cats can’t hide under it. Also there is a fridge that actually allows you to re freeze your blue ice containers so that you can travel the next day and keep stuff nice and cold. Good breakfast although we would appreciate an upgrade to fried eggs.
