Heart of Shinjuku for shopping and easy access to multiple suburbs. Very clean and well maintained hotel. Price was perfect. And recommend you get the breakfast package as they have everything needed to start your day as a tourist.

Good hotel!

This is a good hotel in a great area of Tokyo. The staff where pleasant and extremely efficient. In particular the staff at the entrance door who where of great assistance and excellent attitude to customer service. The breakfast was good but some hams etc would have been welcome.

I ended up getting a room with 2 beds just to get more space as the rooms were very tiny. Very convenient close to McDonald's, 7-Eleven and trains. At night it was a bit noisy and felt a little unsafe. No laundry in hotel. Have to bring food to service desk to microwave your food.

Great location to see Shinjuku

Excellent location if you want to experience night life of shinjuku or take day trips which commence from the Shinjuku season. Mr Daiki was really good in helping us during our check in and find a room twin bed room. He patiently answered every question we had plus shared n researched for info he didn't know about before giving us there information. While the room over looked the Godzilla and had a brilliant view , noise factor of the city couldn't be curbed. We could hear the sounds of police sirens in the room.

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel and I have loved it every single time. Staff is wonderful and helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious enough for two people if you aren't too picky. Everything in the room is nice and clean. Will stay here again.
