I only have Two complaints.. first being the tram was broke down and for the first day or so no one had a clue on where to get the shuttle, which wasn’t a big deal except for a knee injury had prohibited excessive walking… and my second complaint was the price of the food!?! I didn’t expect to pay $72 for a large pizza, or $52 for a burger, I was warned food was expensive just didn’t expect that much. Other than those two things the resort was beautiful, lots of flowers and tons of water activities. Room was clean and property appears to be well maintained.

loved the property, the pools, the turtles, the lush landscaping. everything was lovely. housekeeping on my was not as prompt. i wasn't sure the frequency of which the rooms were cleaned, i checked in on June 20th, had to contact housekeeping July 2nd after other people i was traveling with said their rooms were cleaned daily. once contacted, it was cleaned that day and everyday following. Other than that, stay was amazing!

If you are staying in the Ocean Tower, be sure to ask for a ‘renovated’ room. Our first night was a nightmare. When I got a text asking how our stay was going, I replied “This room sucks! The bed is ‘killing’ us!” Cheri found us a renovated room and saved our vacation!

Our room was dated, tv didn’t work, i think the remote batteries were dead. The clothes line in shower was broken. Not enough hooks to hang items to dry. Room is only cleaned every 4 days and it wasn’t explained we needed to request extra cleaning at check in. Even when we called housekeeping we were told they couldn’t clean our room. We had to ask for extra towells, then the just dropped a bag of towels inside the door. Tram was not working and once they got one working it was super slow, noisy and the air con wasn’t working. Still a beautiful property, but for the price it didn’t feel like a property up to Hiltons standards. If changes aren’t made soon. It will feel run down within the year. Disappointed in the condition of the hotel, faded signage and artwork signs, empty flower pots. Didn’t feel like it was worth the money spent.

Decent place but took 30 minutes minimum to get from car to room every single time. We left over 1000 dollars in clothes hanging in the closet on accident and they “did not find anything in room” so that was extremely disappointing. Great place if u don’t want to leave your entire vacation but if u do don’t forget anything cuz it’s hour round trip to room and back.

The best way to describe this place is inconvenient. Food is hard to find and significantly overpriced. Tram worked less than half of the trip so be prepared to walk a lot. Pictures posted online are much better than what we saw on property. I have no desire to ever return.

Room was big and old run down ended up with a water leak in the ceiling which was ever addressed even after contacting the front desk. The tram was broken most of the time so the half mile walk to the front and back with all the luggage was great wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here

Highly recommend not staying here. The entire stay was a nightmare. No service. Extremely far walk. It's basically two hotels competing for services, and Ocean Tower is in second place. The staff were as friendly as possible given the circumstances.

The property itself has only one entrance. We stayed at the Ocean Tower which is about an 8-10 minute walk. However they do offer a free tram service to take you to other locations, as well as a boat. The views make this place! It’s by the ocean front, and they do have a rocky beach. There are three pools, two child-friendly pools, and one adult pool. And they’re very clean! They also have a sealed-off part of the ocean where you can paddle board, kayak, snorkel, or just swim! The water is very clean, and it’s filled with beautiful fish that you can just watch all day. The staff are very friendly and helpful! We didn’t have any negative interactions with any members of their team. We didn’t eat on property, but we would walk every day to the King or Queen’s shops, which are located about 35 minutes away, walking distance. There is a good variety of things to eat there, as well as a market for convenient shopping! To the left of the property is the Waikoloa Beach, which offers plenty of room for tourism and some a turtle preserve. Although it was a bit pricy, we did think it was worth the stay! It was beautiful!

Absolutely beautiful property. The lagoon pool alone was worth it. Sea turtles in the 'pool'? Yes please! Keep in mind, parking is $48 a day, which wasn't obvious.

I did not like the distance we needed to walk from the front office and car parking to the hotel room. It took about 20 minutes! Ocean Tower was fine, but it needs a place to eat dinner.

I haven’t been here in a while, glad I booked the stay. Somethings have changed, it seems a more casual vibe than in the past. Staff was friendly, the property was beautiful. My only concern would be the one tram available and the early closure of restaurants and bars by the pool. Other than that it was a lovely staycation.

Nice for an all inclusive but very spread out requiring a fair amount of walking if you are staying in the Ocean Towers.
