The check in process was SO confusing I almost booked a different hotel. First you need to pull up to valet, and give them all your bags since your room is 3 tram stops away. Then you have to decide between $45 per day self parking or $55 per day parking. All of this should be provided before you book your hotel. It felt like they wanted you stuck on the campus. It took an hour from the moment I pulled up to check in, to get to my room and another 15 minutes for my bags. It was a 0.67 mile walk from the main lobby to my room. It’s such a big place, you’ll get lost. I called ahead and they told me I didn’t have a full kitchen, but I did. Luckily I already bought my groceries knowing I had a fridge and microwave. My tv never worked because it was a separate WiFi than the room (which never got fixed) The staff was very friendly. I will never book this place in the future.

I would not consider it a 4 stars hotel. Staff not helpful at all . Rooms not well kepr and not very clean …for the high price i would not recimmend this hotel

The room wasn’t the high point. The beds were small and the water tasted bad. The property is lovely. Nice view for nice sunsets. The lagoon is nice with lots of fish and turtles. The walk around is beautiful, but you do need to do a lot of walking. Didn’t realize we would need to take a tram to our hotel.

I get the rooms are old. But the awful moldy smell in the whole room and the pillows. It’s almost a health hazard. The grounds are too amazing to have rooms like this. The staff seem short tempered and unhappy too. $40 per night resort fee and $48 self parking be warned.

The view we got was absolutely amazing and was by far the best thing about the room. The bed i slept on was caved in in the middle and the pillows would be flat in 30 minutes. Most uncomfortable bed ive slept in. The cleanliness of the room was kinda disappointing there was some dirt in the sheets when i arived and mold in the shower that easily came off. The carpets looked like they used a full vacuum and there was a bunch of sand and crums in the carpet. The resort it self was really fun absolutely beautiful. The pools and slides are alot of fun for all ages.

Restaurants on property were closed most of our stay, but to leave the property for good it took 20 minutes to get to our car even with valet. No microwave in room, didn’t notice that until we were checked in. Noisy birds at random dark hours. Some rude front desk staff, others were super nice. It was just ok, nothing impressive.

The pictures on Expedia are not actual pictures of the resort. There are similar features but not the features pictured. There is one breakfast place that always has a wait and very limited menu or very expensive buffet. Parking is ridiculously expensive but having a car is necessary if you don’t want to go broke on the limited food options in the resort. The resort is huge and requires a lot of walking, but we enjoyed it. There are definitely additional amenities that could be added to the rooms to make them more useful. Things like a privacy curtain for the door, screen for the door, toaster oven, or hot plate. Overall the resort is clean and nice!
