We really liked the outdoor hot tubes and warmer big swimpool—they're outdoors, so it was unusual but fun in the rain. It's great that all the pools are large and spacious. The showers and toilets are also very clean and comfortable. We visited in the fall and it was raining, so we weren't able to fully enjoy the outdoor areas, but we still really enjoyed our family weekend. The king-size beds are very comfortable! We were also very pleased with the fireplaces.

The staff were all very friendly and nice, especially the lady who helped us at the s’mores station! The room was very clean. The ski left was under maintenance which was disappointing but otherwise this was an amazing place to stay.

This is a beautiful mountain Inn. I have stay here multiple times before and I’ve always had a good experience. Unfortunately, this experience was not what I had expected. Check in time is 4 o’clock, at 3:15 we were in the area and I went to see about possibly checking in. As I know that check-in is at 4 o’clock, even though I saw everyone in front of me checking in we were told our room was not ready. And not in a very polite way not I’m sorry checking is at 4 o’clock. Let me see if there’s another room available. Would you like to sit by the fire nothing. We went to sit by the fireplace and the bartender was walking by into the restaurant, and I said what time does the bar open? He said 5 o’clock and I said wouldn’t be nice. If guess I’d have to wait for their room to get a cocktail. He invited me to come into the bar and he would make me whatever I would like. Very friendly, very welcoming, not like the front desk. At 4 o’clock we were able to check in and I was sure to get a different staff member who was much more professional and courteous. The rooms of course are beautiful. We were very happy with our room, unfortunately Nobody tells you, that when you come back late from a dinner in town if there’s no parking in the upper Cars waiting to get into the lobby to find out where to take our cars to park them. A lower lot is available/ shuttle. Wouldn’t it be nice to know this ahead of time. What a shame the entire staff was not as professional as the bartender

The driver from the hotel (Jeston) was awesome. I wasn’t impressed with Quinn’s suggestions of bars and restaurants. The bathroom is the common areas were dirty, except the one on the ground floor. The carpet is old and dusty. In the room, the baseboards and behind the bed was dirty. Last the hotel has ONE coffee machine on the ground floor, one- line gets long!

The Mount Snow Grand Summit Resort is an amazing Hotel. The People and accommodations are incredible. It is truly a great value for anyone who is traveling to southern Vermont. I would recommend this resort to anyone who is going to experience southern Vermont.
