I liked how clean the property was and a diner close by was pretty good, also a Dunkin pretty close! Only things I didn’t like are the thin walls (our neighbors were playing loud music after 11pm), the cleaning carts were kind of loud in the morning, and the intersections close by were a little scary to turn on. No major issues so I would stay again.

Easy access to gas stations, deli’s and restaurants. Staff is on standby 24/7. Free parking with a ton of parking space. Overall just a convenient location for a great prive!

Stayed here on my bicycle ride along the Empire State Trail. The staff informed me that bicycles cannot be stored inside the room and that a security deposit will not be returned if this is done. The safe storage alternative was not offered. Otherwise, it was a good stay, with a clean room, a comfy bed, and a minimalistic breakfast.

Another great stay for a weekend in the city. This hidden place is great for access to different locations. Clean affordable stay and smoking rooms, which dont smell like an ashtray when you enter, which are difficult to find these days. Continental breakfast and coffee anytime!

Whenever we go to New York, my husband and I always stay at the artisans.It is convenient to the bronx in manhattan , the staff is friendly and and the hotel clean the food in the surrounding areas is pretty only problem we. Had was the continental breakfast is not really a breakfast.

Surprisingly nice.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were. Only complaint is the TV The contrast was very dark so hard to see the picture and there were 5 round white circles on the screen.

Placed was booked by a lot of people. We happened to have stayed in an ADA suite. It was clean and comfortable. The shower had no transition but the water didnt drain all the way. We worked around the puddle. There was so much space and the sink was located outside of the bathroom. Parking was easy and the price was good. Looks older on the outside but the room was modern and comfortable.
