I reserved my room on Sunday July 20 to stay Tuesday July 22 for a king room. Upon check-in I was told no king bed was available and was offered a room with two double beds instead but was never offered any form of refund for the difference in price for the rooms, nor any other comps.

The property is in desperate need of upgrades. I like the Courtyard by Marriot franchise, but this facility is a long way from the normal "Courtyard" standard. I originally booked the downtown location, but accidently for the wrong day. I lost those funds and then paid more for this location that I found substandard, and it was more expensive.

Overall, I like Marriot hotels for cleanness. There is only one concern - there is always moldy smell no matter how clean your room looks. Better check AC unit and bathroom often.

The property itself was ticketed away you had to drive to go anywhere not convenient to walk to grab a bite somewhere. When I originally got there the light above the vanity did not work but a quick visit to the desk solved that. The phone in the room also did not work. Property was clean but the area by the mall just felt worn down and the mall itself was underwhelming. Probably would not stay in this area again in the future. Staff was helpful when I did have questions

Excellent Services & Cleanliness All Around

Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the hotel staff. They greeted me warmly, provided clear and helpful information, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Their polished demeanor and attentive service created a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant was immaculate, with spotless tables, gleaming floors, and a well-maintained dining area. Not a single piece of trash was visible, and the staff ensured that every surface was meticulously cleaned and prepared for guests. The hallways leading to the room were similarly pristine, free from clutter and maintained to the highest standards. Upon entering the room, I found it to be exceptionally clean and well-arranged. Fresh linens, neatly placed amenities, and a crisp, inviting ambiance contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail was evident, from the polished furnishings to the immaculate bathroom. Outside, the hotel's exterior reflected the same level of care and maintenance.
