"I stayed in the Ocean Tower in an oceanfront room. The room was excellent and the property grounds were sprawling and well kept. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The only issue was the tram was not working and, if you are staying in the ocean tower as I was, it is a long walk or shuttle ..."
