Spotless room, nice late checkout (noon) and super helpful staff. Also, the proximity to Harvard Kennedy School was a big plus in the fierce winter weather. Polite and helpful doormen and easy access to taxis for the (nearby) airport. Couldn't wish for more.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I also have never been at a hotel that had an emergency flashlight in closet. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was great. The train station was 5 ft from the door. Really enjoyed our stay here. Would come back to them again.
