Hotel was clean and at a very convenient location which was most important to us. However, we are not the type to typically utilize the hotel breakfast and in-house restaurants so disappointed that the resort fee encompassed amenities that were not fully utilized. There was also an incident where we lost a ring and the facility was unable to confirm whether it was there or not until the next day. Would have loved better and more timely communication from the staff on such an important matter.

The only restaurant in the hotel was Terrible and Only Japanese food The breakfast food was poor and there wasn’t any place after 10 am to buy water or anything .. snacks asprin Etc We have stayed in Other Marriott Courtyards that were great and superior in every way ..especially in Miami

Carpet in the room was not vacuumed well and the hall way carpet was a mess. Toilet paper is TERRIBLE for this price of room. Single ply sandpaper. Paint splatters on the wallpaper and artwork in the bathroom and on vanity. Again not what I expect for the price I paid.

I had checked in online, so everything would be fast when I got there. I arrived, got the key, went up to the assigned room & the key wouldn't work. After returning to the desk & getting new keys, returned to the room with a staff member & he couldn't get in, either. Turns out the room was occupied by someone else. Not good.
