The door to our room had been broken. We had to swipe our key literally 50 times every time to get in. Staff was rude when a new key was requested due to the key issue. There were balls of hair on the floor in the pool room and all through the pool. The hot tub was not marked broken but the water ...

The motel was functional and clean. Badly in need of updating and decorating. I upgraded to a deluxe room to have a better sitting area for the evening when we got back.
