Our room was dirty. 1” dust on the ceiling fan. Couch was so filthy I wouldn’t sit on it. Breakfast was poor. Sausage was seriously cold. Eggs were empty. Never was refilled. Not enough tables/seats so we took our breakfast back up to our dirty room. Will never be back. Oh yea. And there was a cockroach on our curtain. I opened the window and kicked him out.

This hotel could have better cleanliness. The carpet is very dirty, the furniture had black stains, and so did the bed. The cleaning employee (a tall, young white woman who cleans the third floor) is not friendly, and I think no one supervises what they do. The breakfast area is very small, with only six tables for the number of guests. It has potential, but it needs better cleaning and some upgrades. There were also many ladybugs in the rooms.

We had issues with the toilet not flushing. I advised the receptionist and cleaning crew. We were there for 4 days and nothing was done. I had to keep the toilet lid off to keep making the toilet fill up with water. There was lady bugs all over the ceiling.

The property was clean and the staff friendly, and the breakfast adequate. Even the wifi was pretty good. Only complaint is that you need better signage!! Hard to find you, had to use gps to find where you are hidden on a side street. But then I don't know what Plattsburgh sign ordinances are ... but most motels on Rt. 3 have bad signage from a motorist's perspective.
