We stay some times at La Quinta and have to say this one was the best so far, the room was acceptably clean and the service was good, maybe because it was not a weekend day but in any case was a good surprise, will come back, good for the budget and pool/hot tub was a plus.

There were 2 dogs barking all night long in the room next to us. My mother who is 72 years old chose to sleep in the car. I've asked for a refund for one room, one night. I think that's reasonable since one of your guests was forced to sleep in the parking lot. The early night FDA wasn't helpful at all, but the next day, maybe the manager?, was very helpful and initiated the refund on our behalf.

Nice staff but thats about it.

Our room was handicap accessible as booked. The bed was very high and tough for my paraplegic husband to get into. Bathroom had a seat in the tub but shower controls were unreachable from the seat. The bathroom toilet paper holder was missing the roll holder part and there was no trash can in the bathroom. (Not convenient for a wheelchair user.) Our room had only a double bed and no rollaway cot was available so I slept in a chair while my husband took the bed. Our window would not lock which was unsettling on the first floor. Room was clean but dark and outdated. Being next to the pool meant we heard screams and doors slamming often. Staff was super nice and very helpful.
