"Wifi was not free. O/A hotel was dirty. A/C had mold. Bathroom had moldy tile. Carpet was dirty. For my king size bed only one edge was sleepable, the other parts were lumpy and full of deep crevas with wire about to pop out. No screens so I could not open window to air the room out."

"The toilet was not working properly in the room. The hotel staff came to verify the problem and could not do anything. Offer another room that did not meet our needs. Had to go to the toilet Gym for our stay."
