When we got there the room was extremely cold, the heat wasnt even turned on and the room was reading 6°C. Turned the heater up to max (35°C) and the room never got warmer than 16°C. We were traveling with an infant as well so the room temp was not ideal at all. Breakfast was also severely lacking. Only options were bagels and toast. No coffee or milk for the cereal. Lobby compeltely smelled like marijuana as well. Was not at all happy with our stay.

Staff was great. The room was awful. Super cold and took several hours to warm up with heat on full blast. Ordered a king room and once I arrived they told me they only had a double room. Blankets was super thin so I froze all night. Worst hotel condition experience I've ever encountered.

We arrived at the very hotel very late. We had called Dad to tell them that we would have a late check in the concierge at the desk. Could barely speak English. Made it very hard to communicate. When we finally got to our room we did a room check like we do at every hotel. When we opened the drawers of the desk we found all sorts of drug paraphernalia in another drawer was a rubber band to tie off their arms and other drawer had 10 to 15 caffeine packets and other drug paraphernalia We quickly grabbed our things and went down to the desk and complain about the situation. The concierge immediately got us another room without even a blink to acknowledge what we had told him. We got up to the next room. There are two lights in the room, one over the front door and this standard standing lamp which had no knob to turn it on leaving us with hardly any light going into the washroom. The toilet had somebody's previous deposit sitting in it which to me means rooms weren't clean nearly as good as they should have been You may want to think twice about staying here

First room we were in was right next door to a room that the door had been kicked in with a sign taped on the door saying it was under surveillance!!! Moved to a different room it was terrible carpets dirty walls dirty wall paper peeling, dark dingy. Sofa bed had cigarette burns in it. Nightstand had burns all over. Tub gross! Stains like someone dyed their hair. Over all disgusting.
