I have stayed three times now and have had no complaints except this time it was very noisy with doors slamming at all hours of the night and ppl running in the halls in the middle of the night. But thats other guests not the staff which are all very pleasant and helpful.

This is absolutely unacceptable, the carpets are dirty and no slippers are provided. Am I supposed to go around and in bathroom and shower with my winter boots? The shower is not working properly. When you lift the lever to send the water to the shower, it continues to flow from the bottom faucet. Why I didn't raise it? Because I was in the bathtub already. I was ankle deep in my own filth.

All of the front desk staff were extremely professional. My issue was the fire alarm set off 1:00 AM ish on my 2nd night of my stay. With 2 to 3 fire trucks on the scene (smoke on 3rd floor according to one fire fighter I asked) . With uncertainty on how quickly this would get resolved, I just took off and found another hotel to get a good nights rest. IMO this place is for the budget-minded traveler.
