I had no problem with my pets. I do wish they were welcome in the lobby area away from food). Many pets will bark if left alone in the room.

Shower head was broken , so difficult to shower. We left one day early. Pool was close on arrival day.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with hair visible on the floor. Additionally, the body lotion and hand soap dispensers were empty, which was disappointing.
