Property could use a lil upgrading but the overall experience was one to be remembered!! The room was clean and well equipped with everything my husband and I needed. Staff was efficient and friendly,the continental breakfast was very good, better than most I would say and the location with the lake view was extraordinary!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!! Thanks Niagara Crossing for making our Anniversary special.

Maybe Find Another Place…

Unfortunately, we had really high hopes for this stay. The room was outdated and our view was literally the house next door and their pile of trash. The people above us were loud, we were on the first floor and you could hear everyone in the lobby at the bar. For the price you would expect more, but this hotel was pretty average. The breakfast was okay and offered some different things (yogurts, pastries, bacon) not usually in your typical hotel breakfast. In terms of proximity to the sights, it’s nice and not too out of the way. The town is what made our stay memorable. If we ever return, we will find other accommodations.

I enjoy the charm and character of an older structure. Although it was old, it was inviting and comfortable. The view of the river was nice. The landscaping was upkept. The parking was a bit odd - but we managed. There were so many shops, restaurants, etc. that we could walk to, so it made our time there enjoyable. We were put in a room on the 2nd floor and a wedding was happening. It felt a little odd to be mixed in with wedding guests - so maybe a little more forethought on the part of the front desk when checking guests in that are not part of an event. Our room was very spacious - I think it could have used another sitting chair or a dinette table with 2 chairs. It felt more like a corporate man's room than a romantic couples getaway space. But it was clean and comfortable and charming.
