+To qualify and maintain Gold or Platinum membership you must meet the relevant threshold of qualifying room nights in a/each calendar year.
++Claims must be made within 30 days of travel. Wi-Fi and airline luggage charges are reimbursed in BONUS+ once per calendar year for Gold members and twice per calendar year for Platinum members. Claims can be made up to the value of €25 for each luggage claim and €20 for each Wi-Fi claim. Claims must relate to Wi-Fi/luggage charges associated with an ebookers flight or hotel booking.
Happiness Promise
The Happiness Promise is our way of giving you peace of mind that your hotel stay is perfect. The Happiness Promise means that once you reach Platinum status you'll have access to exclusive support for your hotel booking. In the unfortunate event that you arrive at your hotel and the room is not as described or the hotel is not able to honour your reservation; we'll arrange a new hotel of the same standard or better for you and pay the relocation charges.
The Happiness Promise does not cover dissatisfaction with hotel services not included in the original booking such as room service, restaurant services, spa services or other in hotel services. Only pre-paid hotel reservations booked through ebookers will be eligible. Additional evidence may be requested via email as instructed by the agent when you call.
Ebookers reserves the right to refuse any claims that cannot be verified or for which you have provided incomplete or inaccurate information.
Free WiFi/Data Charges
As a Gold or Platinum member you are eligible to receive fees for Wi-Fi charged at a hotel or airport reimbursed in BONUS+ up to the value of €15. These may be claimed up to two times per calendar year for Platinum members and once per calendar year for Gold members. The relevant date for assessing in which calendar year a claim falls for these purposes is the date on which the Wi-Fi fees are incurred by you. Only Wi-Fi charges associated with a hotel or flight booked by you through ebookers are eligible.
Claims must be made within 30 days of the start date of your travel (departure date for flight, arrival date for hotel). To submit a claim visit contact us and choose Email. In your email please include your ebookers itinerary number, the claim amount and be prepared to submit your receipt for validation. Should this information not be verified the claim may be rejected. If your Platinum or Gold membership expires you will no longer be eligible for this benefit.
Free Luggage
As a Gold or Platinum member you are eligible to receive airline luggage fees reimbursed in BONUS+ up to the value of € 20. These may be claimed up to two times per calendar year for Platinum members and once per calendar year for Gold members. The relevant date for assessing in which calendar year a claim falls for these purposes is the date of the flight in relation to which the luggage fees are incurred by you. Only luggage charges associated with a flight booked by you through ebookers are eligible.
Claims must be made within 30 days of the flight for which the luggage charge is applied. To submit a claim visit contact us and choose Email. In your email please include your ebookers itinerary number, the claim amount and be prepared to submit your receipt for validation. Should this information not be verified the claim may be rejected. If your Platinum or Gold membership expires you will no longer be eligible for this benefit.
