"The hotel team was incredible, we called ahead to ask about a crib and they had it waiting for us in our room. I will say that the cribs look like they came out of a 40s hospital so if you have a baby who doesn't sleep easy you may want to bring your own. Great location!"

"Hotel was at or near capacity and only one elevator worked. Some other elevators worked, but were for “employees only”, even though there were no signs anywhere. Breakfast was severely understaffed, took awhile to get even coffee. I don’t plan on staying at double trees anytime again."
