Staff very helpful, especially when our flight was delayed for 12 hours, they gave us options if we needed to stay longer. Loved the pool and water slide. Hot breakfast was excellent, and 24 hour coffee.

Good room, reasonably clean and located close to Charlottetown airport. The best feature was the lovely & helpful young woman working at the front desk. Had an issue with the tv receiver & she came right away to resolve the problem.
