Clean and modern. Good bed. No parking available but mentioned in the ad. However, the « European simplicity » philosophy means that there are no fridge, no TV, no closet and no coffee machine in the room. There is one mini fridge, 2 TVs and a paying coffee machine in the common area for 80 rooms. The freezer part of the fridge did not work. Sadly, the price did not follow the same simplicity philosophy. Fairly pricey for what is offered. Smaller complaint, but our room had about 30cm clearance at the feet of the King bed bringing quite a few feet and leg bumps.

Great if you just need a place to shower and sleep

Great location, central to a lot of activities and restaurants. Good downstairs restaurant but limited hours. Rooms clean but tiny. Queen rooms very cramped for two people. Minimalist design (no TV,appliance, iron, or even extra chair) but fine for just sleeping and showering. Noise not bad unless you are early sleeper and on second or third floor--- then music hall next door could keep you up without ear plugs. Lounge area nice, but really need something bigger than a small dorm fridge for an entire hotel worth of guests to share. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Hotel clean and doors lock securely. No hotel parking but nextdoor parking garage convenient and easy to use. $8.75/day.

Didn’t expect that rooms do not have tv. Thankfully we were the third floor, they say second floor is very loud cause of the live music from the restaurant. Rooms also do not have fridge and coffee maker. Very basic but I guess that’s why the price was so good. Location was ok
