Upon arrival, I did my own inspection and the only concern I had was the mattress cover... it was soiled and I was not comfortable sleeping on that. The room was clean, but the hotel was in the process of a remodel with new ownership. The caulk in tub/shower really needed to be re-done as it was discolored and missing in places. We did not try the breakfast.

No hot tub. Breakfast is only sugary snacks. Front desk was very nice. Rooms have peeling paint and old paint. Bed doesn't have a box spring. Just a mattress on a metal frame. Very old and out dated rooms. Perfect place to sleep to not sleep in your car. But maybe sleeping in your car is better?
