"I used to stay here with United Airlines. On work. The place is really showing its age. The beds are definitely needing replacing. Our room was so dusty that we coughed all night long. The lobby is in great condition but the rooms the outside access having to walk through the heat just probably won’t ..."

"Room was clean but the TV didn't work . The day that we went, the elevators weren't working? And people had to go up the stairs to their rooms. Thankfully, I had a first floor room. So I didn't have to worry about that. Staff was we're nice."

"The lobby was eye appealing and smelled very good. We were assigned to a room on the first floor that was not very clean and the bathroom floor was wet. We soon realized that it was due to a leaky shower. I reported this to the clerk at the front desk and her response was "oh they did tell me that ..."
