Shades didn’t open, toilet handle leaked. Moved rooms everything was much better. Images show outdoor area which no longer has tables chairs and hot tubs just a closed off patio with junk.

I read the previous reviews, which are Quite varied, but if you need a hotel near SJU, this is absolutely perfect. The parking was secure, the staff was super friendly, the room I had was on the 5th floor and it was perfectly fine for what we needed - a place to crash after an extremely late arrival. ...
