Parking was very easy and the outside looked very clean and maintained. Staff was very friendly. Our room had stuff smeared on the walls and some of our towels smelled very stale. They had to pull on site but there’s nowhere to sit your stuff at also no lights in the pool so it looks very stagnant as for laundry if you need to get some done, you must bring your own quarters they do not offer any at the desk and you also have to purchase your own laundry soap offsite so if you didn’t bring any out of luck.

We asked for a pet friendly room and I understand that you usually get a gently used, not perfect room. Overall we felt the room floors were dirty, the bed springs squeaked and 6:00 AM breakfast arrived about 6:20. Plus side it was in a convenient location. We did get a first floor room as requested. Did not see the $25 pet fee when we made the reservation. Wished it would have been disclosed on the Expedia website.

We still have not gotten our refund that was agreed on on the 1 night we did not stay and cancelled before our cancel deadline to get a full refund. got to breakfast at 8:00 all the food was gone, one room the air condition made a clanging noise all night could not sleep

The bed was so squeaky and loud. Every tiny move all night woke up our entire family. This was not just your run of the mill squeaky bed. It literally ruined our entire night of sleep. The pillows felt like 20 cotton balls in a pillow case.
