The elevators were broken, the pool was temporarily closed, the room was not ready at check in, there were not enough towels in the room for the people on our reservation. The towels were visibly stained. The sheets were not clean, there was hair on the sheets when you pull them back. We were lied to about being able to get more towels. We had to go to Target to buy towels

My sister and I booked a stay here for a weekend event. First thing after check in we were told the elevator didn't work and our room was located on the 3rd floor. After walking to 3rd floor up the stairs with heavy luggage, we get to 3rd floor room just for the room we were told not to be our room. I reached in my pocket to look at the card holder to verify the room number just to see it was 2nd floor not 3rd. We had to then travel back down the stairs to 2nd floor. Upon entering the room it didn't please me and I was disappointed, it just didn't feel clean. The TV was on which was strange and the remote didn't work, so the tv was on the entire time and we could not change the channel no turn tv of unless we unplugged it. The bed sheets were not that clean but the fact I bring my own sheets, comforts and pillow cases saved that. The bathroom door was rusted and the light flickered so bad I couldn't stay in it long because it bothered my eyes. The only reason we was force to stay because all the hotels in that area were booked up because of the concert. I was highly disappointed in this hotel because it's look nice in the pictures. I would never stay here again. The staff was okay but that is it. The breakfast looked okay even though I didn't eat any.

Everything felt clean, no problem. But my room was missing a remote, and the blankets were super thin and not very comfortable. I'd also recommend bigger coffee cups, but I still enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

When we arrived for a night stay the room was not ready. The elevator was broken. The bathroom was filthy. No continental breakfast available around 8:30. Housekeeping came around and knocked on all doors well before the checkout hour. Then when asked if we could have more towels, she said there were no more towels. Which in fact was not the truth as when walking to our car to leave we passed by the laundry room with a tower of clean towels. Unacceptable Accommodations and terrible hospitality. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Overall decent hotel - just older and needed some repair. Sheets were clean but very old and worn - were so thin in spots that they looked stained and dirty but when you checked it was just worn through in spots. We just requested extra sheets and put them on top of the worn out ones to make sure they were clean. The price compared to other similar hotels seemed fair but with the sheets and updates needed it should have been a little less. Overall okay stay for a one night stop.

Ignoring don't enter sign, Not happy. Breakfast good variety 😉. No. Remote for TV in one room of 2 paid for. Bed near window made horrible noises when ever moved on. Nice personel and clean. Comes with breakfast.

The rooms were dirty. As were the bathrooms and tubs. The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. So we had to use the stairs (with 2 toddlers) both nights that we stayed. The staff was really nice but thats it.

The front desk staff when i checked in the evening was very friendly, he helped me with something after i checked in, very clean lobby, the room was clean and comfortable. I was very happy with my stay and felt safe There were no tables outside to sit, that was disappointing. Breakfast was lacking. waffle machine yes, some hot meats, cereals not great, coffee not great

I think everyone was not happy with that the TV didn't work and kept going back and forth to get a remote control and act like they didn't even care on top of that the bathroom was not very clean the sheets was old and worn out and didn't feel clean as well my overall saying to this thing is that I will never stay there again
