I stay here most of time when I come to Bryan your help was not up to standards as before. The frount desk person on morning shif was not helpful was not respectable the maintance was staring at me when I was loading my car to leave. I asked frount desk if I could check out a hour
Late told me I would be charged which night person told me no problem.she has always helped me with no problem with my request. The back court yard was a mess dog waste not picked up for a while maintance should do this daily.My stay this time was not good .when I checked out too leave key frount desk clerk was not there a desk trued to have her come help me did not respond or come help I left key to my room hoping I would not be charged. I called hotel later to make sure I that she got my key to room but not there to answer phone. I would hope you will check in to this needs to improve thank you fred matthews
