Staff was super helpful and nice. It is great to have a room downstairs with microwaves, coffees, teas and ice maker. Walls can be a bit thin though - could hear your neighbour snores from next door, but earplugs are provided so it wasn't a problem.

The hotel was not clean. Carpets could have been easily washed. The room had a very strong mold smell, which is hazardous to your health. We are not sure whether it was from the AC or the bathroom walls. When mentioned to hotel staff, they said good luck with your next hotel. Very dismissive staff. Definitely do not recommend.

The beds were comfortable. I appreciated that they had shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion in our room. The bathroom door knob was broken. The person staying next door had loud music playing all night till all day. That felt unfair.

Check in was quick and easy and very nice staff. Lovely big and accessible, clean room. Bed was comfy and AC was good. Blackout blinds were great. The lockers for storing luggage after checkout are really useful and large. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others!

It’s ok and convenient for me. Parking is extra $33.00 a day. Street parking variable. Room was fine. Bare bones. Fridge is available. Coffee only downstairs in a kitchen as is microwave. No breakfast included. Must have a home with you. Staff pleasant and courteous with aim to please. No shopping close by. Need to rent a car in LA

The hotel was cute and clean and the staff was very nice. It was about a block away from a Starbucks so convenient for coffee in the morning. They also had an onsite restaurant that opened at 3 pm which was good. The parking in the garage was tight and there were assigned spots which was tough especially when the person beside us parked terribly. We could barely fit. It was also an additional fee. There wasn’t breakfast, not even a grab and go option, during the week. The parking and breakfast were my two biggest complaints. Everything else was good.

Cozy, quiet hotel with nice common areas and excellent bathrooms. I would give it 5 stars, but, having arrived late on a Sunday, with everything closed nearby, I would have liked the option to purchase some snacks inside the facility. The kitchen area was very well stocked with teas and coffee, but nothing to eat. I would book again.
