Never again. In order to take a shower at night (12am) I had to let the shower and sink to run for more than 20 minutes, I was told I wad probably the only on taken a shower at this time, lame excuse. Second night I found a cockroach crawling around the toilet area. I got pictures Noisy room, next to 8th Ave. Avoid the hotel at all cost, specially room 752. $600 a night by the way and the hotel is supposelly rated at 4 stars.

Staff is amazing and very friendly, from the doorman assisting me getting my disabled brother through the door to Vanessa at check-in going above and beyond to get the room right. The front desk manager Michael was amazing and genuine in our conversation. I will be back for sure!

Our stay itself was lovely, people were helpful and great location, however a deposit was taken at the start of the stay and was promised to be returned if no charges on the room when leaving. No charges were applicable and were told the payment would be returned, however this charge then appeared again. After multiple messages, emails and international call, Finally received 1 of the payment amounts back but still disputing the 2nd still. The hotel was great, however afterservice and communication needs considerable improvement and an apology would have welcomed.

The location was great and walkable to most of the attractions we had on our list of places to see. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, small but manageable. Bathroom could use some additional shelving to keep toiletries nearby. Nice bar, drinks were good and food was delicious. Overall, a good stay.

the hotel could not find reservation thru Expedia so the check-in was herrendous and the person checking me in was rude. The tiny room had peeling paint everywhere, broken handles on dresser. Housekeeping did a good job making up the room each night and the location of the hotel was good for me.
