Great location. Poor cleanliness. Staff nice, friendly and attentive. Bed was uncomfortable. TV did not work, nor did the iron. Bathroom was tiny and outdated. Would not stay here again. Poor value for money considering it was €1,300 for 3 nights midweek.

The staff were helpful and the room felt clean. The room itself was expensive and felt like I was staying in Grandma's attic. Desperately needs upgrading, bathroom was sized for a child. TV had one channel with the same show on repeat. Wall paper peeling.

I loved the central location. We were there for business. I didn’t like extra fee charged ‘resort/business’ for free WiFi and business lounge when I didn’t have a computer. 😕

The room I stayed in was very clean but the deadbolt on my door did not work properly. Very minor issue as they do have staff checking to make sure all guests going to elevators have room keys but did make me a bit wary. Other than that the hotel was in the perfect location, right across from madison square garden!

Right next to the NY Penn station which is perfect. Room was small but cute. Bathroom was also modern and best of all. AC was BLOWING! And you can adjust. Definitely will come back again
