We had a wonderful stay at the Cambridge house. It had everything we needed and it was a comfortable stay. The walk to the circle was lovely - easy and beautiful walk through the neighborhood. We plan to stay again.

The Cambridge House is in a great location in the wonderful town of Orange. It's an easy walk to the Old Town center, which has literally dozens of great restaurants and coffee shops, the library, the Hilbert art museum, the local Farmer's Market, Chapman College, and even a Metrolink train station. Parking in the driveway of the VRBO was easy. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe and quiet, making for a lovely, relaxing walk to town.The host, Michelle, was quick and easy to communicate with.Sitting on the deck, under the palm tree, having a coffee in the warm sun was a dream come true for these winter visitors from the Northeast.As others have noted in their reviews, Burt, the Irish Wolfhound who lives on-site, is the friendliest, sweetest, most loving dog ever (and I'm not generally a dog person).

Perfect little place for us. Reserved off road parking and cute neighborhood that felt safe. Especially the location in back through a gate with Burt the dog on lounge duty. The little patio outside with the umbrella would be perfect for a quiet meal, but we didn't have time to enjoy it as we had planned activities each day.

Our stay was wonderful for our 5 day stay! We went to Disneyland and after long days at the parks, coming to this home away from home was wonderful! Comfortable beds and a cozy couch, full kitchen set with a good coffee maker. On the cold nights (which was every night) the heater was fantastic for those cases. Instructions are clear and concise and Michelle is very responsive. You also have a little morning door alarm named Bert the dog, he was the best and such a good boy! We will definitely book here with Michelle again.

We ate 3 meals here on the deck. The apartment is small, but clean and easy to access, very quiet and restful. The internet was spotty and didn't work great for us, but that was a blessing as we were looking to re-treat for a weekend.

Place was so clean. Contact with the property owner was easy. 30 min from beach.. Girls who were 17 loved the place. The best part was Bert… Irish wolf hound!!!

We had a great time, visiting family and friends that live in area. So nice to be able to walk to the Orange Circle with all its places to eat. Weather was perfect. Only one concern…there is no handrail on the inside staircase.

It was good to be greeted by Burt!...but no so much his 'friend,' but owner was there to call off the 'friend.' Very little change. It was great to find ice in the freezer...it was HOT. Sad to have no decaf coffee pods & luckily I travel w/ my own tea bags. Burt seemed to have broken the gate to climb to the porch, even though bungi tied on both sides. I'd suggest power washing & fresh paint on the porch & replacing the failing wooden floor boards. Otherwise all good. Many thanks. We love Orange.

Great location for Old Town Orange. Property is private and felt very safe. Not a detraction, but kitchen is small with limited cooking supplies. We appreciated that everything was clean and tidy. Heating and cooling operated well and quietly. Fan in bedroom only worked when overhead entry light was on, which was a disappointment. Burt, the resident dog was delightful, friendly, welcoming and a treat to meet. We would stay there again
