I arrived and the system was down and could not check in. Then I was told I could not use my reservation anymore because I arrived after midnight, which did not make sense. The staff member said I need to cancel it and make a new one. Then another staff member was able to make things right and let me check-in for the nights I paid. Incredibly frustrating.

The staff was great… I heard a couple stories about the noise and found some ear’s tampons, but wasn’t necessarily. Of course the hotel is located very busy highway… but that bothered me at all… The complex is great, the sky bar is amazing and have an amazing view and atmosphere. I took the chance to see, visit and drink to feel the atmosphere and was impressed. Definitely I’ll comeback and recommend it
