The room was very clean and I was able to request cleaning from the app - so convenient. Staff was very helpful. Only complaint, they only have 4 elevators - so it was a bit of a wait anytime we wanted to use them.

Did not like the parking system, and it was not expected since we had to use a credit card to self-park. The lobby, strangely enough, is on the 18th floor… also not expected or explained. Outside of that, excellent location if you’re going to the Kia Center. Walkable and safe.

The property was very clean and was in walking distance to the Kia center for a concert we attended. Very safe walk. They close off part of the road and there was law enforcement to help with crossing busy streets.

The hotel itself was easy to locate. Self-parking was easy and the price was affordable. The hotel itself was clean and had everything to make my stay comfortable. The staff was helpful and welcoming. I loved being in walking distance from the event I attended.
