Roaches everywhere. Several in our room and around the free breakfast. The lemon water in the lobby looks like its been sitting there for several weeks. Ive never seen something so disgusting.

Our room was so bear there wasn't even an emergency exit map on the back of the door in case of a fire! There were hooks on the way like where a picture should be hanging. Rust in the tub. But if you need a hot shower and bed and 10 mins from magic kingdom for one night it works. I would spend more than 1 night there

I stay at Comfort Inn all the times. But this was a enourmess disappointment. The room smelled like mold and wet when I walked in. It was soooo wet that the shower didn’t even dry over night( AC was on all night!) the bathroom door was not closing because of the puffiness of the humidity in the room. Everything was filthy and disgusting. I was checking out the pool are so I can get some tan but when I saw it I changed my mind. The jacuzzi was soooo dirty and the area around. And the pool….. they should have made it as a gator pool. Definitely not for humans. Plus soda cans and other garbage all over the place around the area. The only good thing was it is close to Disney World. Plus when you book it it says “free” shuttle to the parks. And free complimentary breakfast. But when you get there they charge you $100 upfront fro thes two “free” stuff.

We had a fantastic stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Kissimmee for our family reunion! We booked three rooms so everyone could have their own space, and it worked perfectly. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from the Orlando Disney area, shopping, and plenty of great restaurants. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful. The lobby was bright, clean, and welcoming, and our rooms were comfortable, spotless, and well-stocked. Everything felt well cared for, which made relaxing easy. Breakfast was a daily highlight! The complimentary spread was generous, fresh, and tasty—perfect for fueling up before our adventures and a nice way for us to gather each morning. Our whole group agreed this was the perfect spot for comfort, value, and location. We’ll definitely be booking here again for our next Disney trip or family gathering!
