We are very disappointed with this hotel. They charge a resort fee and they do not have no resort amenities but a pool that it’s dirty, the whole corner of the pool it’s full of black lime. The hotel room was filthy, the bed cover were dirty and when it came out the bed there was dark stains in the mattress. I could not sleep because it was super hot. There was a noise of water drops from the AC that did not allow the sleep. And Also until 1am I had to came out of the room since there was kids playing and screaming for a long time. I had to tell them to please be quiet so I would not get a headache. Also when I got there no one was at the front desk, I looked and looked for a long time until someone showed up. Same thing with check out. I explain everything that happened to the front desk lady and she did nothing to make us feel that they were sorry for the bad experience, but gave me a bad and disappointed face with no solutions. This is not recommended at all and I feel bad since it was my daughter first Hotel experience.

This hotel provided and exceptionally poor experience that fell far below acceptable standards. The facility suffered from serious cleanliness issues, including dirty, swimming pool and unsanitary rooms. The air conditioning system was inadequate, and we discovered cockroaches in our accommodations when we attempted to address these concerns the staff responded defensively rather than professionally. The management declined to meet with us directly based on this experience I cannot recommend this property and would advise potential guest to consider alternative accommodations

Breakfast and kitchen staff were nice but rooms are outdated and dingy. The shower tub floor was wobbly and walls were dirty/holes in them. Bathroom Vent was absolutely disgusting. Toilet didn’t flush very good either. Hotel really needs a makeover. I would not stay there again.

Survived 9 days, but would not repeat.

Booked 8 nights for a Disney teip. Instant regret. Staff was generally noce, Dawn was helpful answering queerions and getting some. Oolong errors fixed. Lisa was always smiling and friendly at the front desk. The positives .. ☆We had a room with a king and bunkbeds (they show photos of a TV in the bunksection, they are all removed. ☆
