I was there for 5 nights and not once was there a maid in my room. I wasn’t notified at check in that there wasn’t maid service. Very loud bar across the street the played music until very late. Ubers used the hotel to pick people up all night long.

We enjoyed the amenities at this hotel- the room had a king bed and a pull-out mattress, there was a microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee machine, and a real door on the bathroom, as opposed to newer hotels. The staff was helpful. The hot breakfast was very good as well as the 24-hour coffee and tea in the lobby. We will stay there in the future.

HORRIBLE!!!! A/C did not take humidity out so everything damp. No sleep in both rooms we had because of this. Changed to 1 room sharing second night and gave us a dehumidifier.... humidity so bad you had empty full tank every hour half to 2 hours!!! Again no sleep!! Manager refused any refund, yet all our things are damp and no sleep. Very rude and refused even speak with me and made front desk worker do everything Floors sticky on carpet, numerous black long hairs on bedding, yet we are all blonde. Breakfast not good and only til 9 week days. Do not waste your money. Very rude and unprofessional manager. I will be contacting their main office!

Clean room, pleasant staff, needs new linens

The room was clean. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Kala and the breakfast service staff. Things to note more on the unpleasant side- It was a king bed and there were only four small pillows that were thin and did not take up the width of the bed. The sheets and towels were clean, however, stained and very worn.
