This hotel is in a great location and is close to where all the action is for universal and Disney. Having said that the accommodations were seemingly nice when walking through the lobby, but once in the room, you can see their needs to be some significant renovation and replacement of furniture, Flooring, bathroom and kitchen facilities. With the hotel, being on the older side several areas of the flooring had been neglected regarding cleaning and the wall with scrapes look land marks, dirt, broken and worn out cabinetry. The room was very spacious. However, the kitchen area was very tight and quite small but for a short stay would still work but for a longer stay maybe difficult to navigate. The waffle and pancake station was nice in terms of topping offering, but required additional cookers so that the volume of people would be able to make their plates and allow the space for someone else. Overall, my biggest issue with the stay was the lack of hot water due to the faucet head in the shower, being extremely old and non-functioning . Also the refrigerator in the room that was being used, seemed to look like it was fairly new, but it had difficulty ensuring that food was kept cold. Due to an urgent meeting I had to leave the hotel without mentioning this to the staff but upon sending a note to the hotel afterwards they refused to provide any sort of compensation or refund due to the disappointing stay.

Plumbing issues, water issues, over 800 rooms & only 6 handicapped parking places, only 3 guest elevators for a 7 story hotel, foul smelling rooms, plenty of delayed maintenance (Disney murals were the only things maintained). $27.00 per night parking fees were high for an unsecured lot. Bagged room garbage lined the halls. Exasperating experience.

Worst Hilton experience

I have never had such an experience at Hilton. Bathroom was not working for the first three hours, hot water wasn’t working for the entire stay, water pressure in the bathroom was so low, bed wasn’t clean upon arrival. I was supposed stay for a week, but checked in 3 days and left.

checked in late and lost my clothes!

They couldn't get us checked in until almost 4:30pm. We came at 2:30 just to see if we could get in early and they still were late for our check in time. Then we got to our room, got situated with our family of 4 and went to lay down around 10 to sleep and the couch didn't pull out to a bed! we reserved a king suite with a pull out couch for the kids. under the cushions it said 'no open', and it was broken. So they either knew that and gave us a room that didn't adaquately accommodate 4 people, or they haven't cleaned their couches (yuck)! after day 3, they stole my shorts that were hanging alone on a hook in the bathroom. they said the cleaning staff probably thought it was a towel. well, it was by itself and it was a crocheted cream colored garment. they said they would find it for us and never did. they cleaned 1 time in our 4 night stay.....stealing shorts the ONE time they cleaned. food was gross too, but there was a staff member that worked every day in the food services that was spectacular. he was very and was always busy cleaning up! Overall I would not stay here again for the price we paid.

No hot water

This property is ok as far as location convenience. The breakfast was decent. The hotel does show its age. Broken floor tiles, mushroom in pool doesn’t work, hot tub looses water. Those things I understand and can deal with. We stayed for four days and had zero hot water and kids were banging on doors and ding dong dashing in the middle of the night. There is a parking fee of 26$ a day which I knew about but honestly that should have been refunded to compensate for taking cold showers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First off, check-in was supposed to be at 4 PM, but our room wasn’t ready until nearly 45 minutes later. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially since I was traveling with a 6-month-old baby who needed to rest and eat. When we finally got to our room, it had a noticeable and unpleasant odor that made the space feel anything but clean or welcoming. To make things worse, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low, and the water was barely warm — not suitable at all, especially when you're trying to bathe a baby. Overall, the stay was frustrating and uncomfortable. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, timeliness, and basic amenities. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

The room was very old and dirty. Had a lot of stains. Carpet was very dirty and stained as well. Not so pleasant smell. The breakfast was ok. Pool water looked yellowish. No smart tv and nothing on site to do at hotel. Beds were small to fit two people.

The Receptionist that worked on 6/21 the evening shift was the best receptionist I have ever encountered. I don't remember her name but she did tell us she worked on a cruise ship. The breakfast was outstanding, the room was clean and the beds 😀 perfect. I wish all hotels were like this. We have been going to Orlando for three years and have visited many different hotels but this one will be our home away from home 🙏

We got here at 2am and despite the precheck in my phone key didn’t work and we have to wait for someone to come to front desk. Room is dirty. Ice machines don’t work and no hot water. Property posted signs but not acceptable. Pool had no towels. When they brought some they were stained and paper thin. Just not a good hotel for a Hilton brand.

I normally wouldn’t post a negative review but just really seemed like the protect lacked regular maintance. At first when arriving and going to the elevator if you press the close door button it automatically pressed the 2nd floor. Back door on bottom floor was broken so anyone can come in. 7th floor hallway walking to your room smelled so horrible. Obvious work being done and on top of that you’re walking through a sauna to get to your room. Literally felt like like the heat was on. Mind you we’re in Florida summer weather. The room was spacious, updated and nice but crumbs were on the bed. Microwave did not work. Living room a/c did not work at all. Didn’t matter how cold you set the temperature it felt like straight heat. Unfortunately when we arrived, our room at 4 o’clock we changed real quick and left for our night so when we arrive back at 1 AM to take showers to find that, there was absolutely no water coming out of the shower literally the sink had more water than the shower. It wasn’t even enough

Canceled our reservation without consent.

This hotel canceled our reservation without our consent. They didn't have any availability so they would not reinstate our reservation. Then they put a hold on my money even though we had not stayed there. We had to scramble last minute to find a different hotel. We had to be at a wedding rehersal dinner in 3 hours. Would not recommend.

Oskar was polite at checkin! I was asked if I drove a car and I did for that day, but was charged for parking for the entire week. When I asked about it, the female said she’d look into what she could do, but never got back to me (I did check in once with another employee who knew nothing about it). I did also let her know that the phone in our room and the refrigerator portion (not freezer) didn’t work (a lot of our groceries went bad that were in it). We also had to ask for fresh towels everyday, because our room was only cleaned once (the second day) in a week. On our first three mornings, we were woken up at 8am by construction work either above or beside us. After spending a long day at the parks on Monday, we were woken around 9am on Tuesday by a fire alarm. After sitting outside in the scorching heat for almost an hour, it finally went off. We went inside to the front desk to make sure everything was okay, only to be told that it was a test (but no one bothered to tell any of the customers sweltering outside, that it was only a drill). It then continued to go off and on for another 2+ hours. During that time someone from the alarm company came to our room to come in and check the alarms. Only after that was a paper put under our door, telling us about the drill. When I asked again about the parking charges and our room being cleaned, that agent did have an attitude with me (a younger female on Thursday morning). The pool was also really dirty in the morning and evening
