Really enjoyed staying here with my family. I was bummed about the out door pool being closed but i didnt care because there's also an indoor pool! Love the breakfast and the fitness room

Our comforter had mold on it. The lamp was broken, the outlets were falling out of the wall, and the air conditioner sucked, oh and the bath drain was broken.

Overall, my family and I had a pleasant stay. It was comfortable and the staff were polite. My only complaints are our room was right next to the office, across from the elevator and banquet hall where breakfast is held, so there was a lot of noise very early in the morning. Also, checkout was at 11:00 am but housekeeping knocked on our room door twice- once at 9:00 am, and again at 10:00 am which made us feel rushed to leave earlier than our checkout time. Lastly, our bathroom was dirty and extremely small. The drain was a bit clogged so the tub filled as we showered.
