The apartment is very spacious and the view is beautiful. From the terrace you can see the horizon completely open, overlooking the cruice ships and the ferries passing by. You are also overlooking the swimming pool and a great overview of the town. It is a top floor apartment, no one above. It is also a corner apartment. The balcony contains of two terrasses conected to eachother. One of them has sunbeds and the other one tables and chairs. The swimming pool is heated all year around. In the pool bar you can buy small meals and something to drink. In the reception you can get help to order taxi, tours or relax with magazines and books.
The apartment has a Wi-Fi of its own without any extra cost.



It is about 10 min drive from the airport to the apartment. Very close to the apartment it is easy to find street parking. The closest supermarked is about 1 min away, just across the street.
Restaurants, shops, bars, beach are all in short walking distance.
A new TV was bought Sept -19. It is a LED -TV, 43 inches.
There is also a DVD player.
About TV channels, there will be BBC, itv, sky sports News & sky news along with a lot of other channels from the rest of the world.
The big beach, Playa Grande is within 20 min walking distance. The smaller one, Plava Chica, is within 15 min walking distance. This beach is well suited for children.

Good location for access to buses & coastal walk to Puerto Calero & supermarketLovely views from balcony, plenty of space even for 4 people & plenty of storage. Towels & sheets changed regularly during our16 day stay. Lovely pool & pool area. Lower ratings given because 2 apartments nearby were being completely gutted with noisy drilling during the day & less parking available due to builders & skips. Fans were very dusty & washing machine not used because it was very smelly,due to it being shut in the cupboard. Apartment would benefit from some updating & tlc.However we did enjoy our stay.

Brilliant complex

We’ve just arrived back from another stay at Lago Verde this time we were in apartment A6 as with all apartments the views from the big balcony are stunning. The pool bar is excellent and very well run. The apartment has everything you need and was clean and everything worked perfectly . A6 has a good sized safe too which some others don’t have. The communication was great with Åse as we required access earlier than normal so no problem with this. We would return again without hesitation as Lago Verde is our favourite place to stay in Puerto del Carmen.John and Joyce

Winter break random trip

Excellent value for money we've been coming to this area for 24 years since kids were born usually stopped in villa but only 3 of us on this trip so went with a apartment Ase is a brilliant host with contact etc and bargain apartment with fantastic views and lovely pool great bar n cafe with the reception guys and Paul in the bar cafe doing brilliant lovely chap we loved it and will return... Just me and my wife though in the new year we're hoping lol

Lovely break at Lago Verde

Lovely apartment, with superb views. The apartment was a good size, with 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom and plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well equipped, also a comfortable lounge area with TV. Nice size balcony overlooking the pool and the views over the harbour and out to sea. Great communication with the owner Ase and easy access to apartment on arrival, was also able to have a late checkout, which was very helpful. The complex is very nice and reception & pool bar staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Only downside was lack of air conditioning, especially for trying to sleep.

Beautiful views from the balcony terrace overlooking harbour and sea. Fab location up the hill from old town, plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Complex great, fab pool and pool bar. Lovely people. We will be back again.

Excellent week

Apartment and complex is as described. Everything you need for your stay. Very family friendly. The pool bar is run by extremely nice couple. Have a little shop pretty much opposite the apartment and a spa shop 2 mins round the other side. Supermarket 10 mins walk as is the old harbour. Only slightly negative comments on apartment is that due to the lack of air con a couple of stand fans would be great. In side note you can hire them from reception for €20 per fan for the week. But unfortunately they only had one normal desktop fan available for our week during our stay. Also the internet was very slow. Couldn’t cope with the firestick for the tv we brought with us kept buffering and son said same with playing his switch online. The windows could also do with a catch/hook mainly in the front of the apartment as very windy and couldn’t have the front bed room window open during the night as kept blowing wide open. As I say small observations. Barring this apartment is excellent. Ase is easy to communicate with. Would be more than happy to recommend to people to stay here and to return.

Great apartment overlooking the old town, harbour and the sea Had everything we needed just one thing missing was a shower mat, we were impressed by the cleaners changing bins, clean towels and fresh bedding. Great early check in and good communication with the owner. Heated Pool was lovely and clean with a friendly bar.

Stunning views

The apartment had everything we needed it was very comfortable and spacious. The best part was the balcony with stunning view over the old town and harbour . Would definitely stay here again Owner was amazing letting us stay longer on our leaving day as we had a late flight so we were able to enjoy our last day to the full.

Fantastic holiday

We have stayed her previously and once again we had a brilliant holiday. Roomy apartment with excellent facilities. Great pool and the poolside bar is great - the owners are so friendly. Although it was a private let the reception onsite is another level of security and very helpful.

Get away with friends

Ideal place to stay can walk to hussle bussle then come back to the peice and tranquil, veiws are amazing and frendly bar down stairs.could do with a dust around ceiling fans and wall art but in general clean and tidy. Thanks for letting us stay we will be back. Peter.

Great Apartment, lovely views

Stayed recently at Ase’s apartment. It was spacious, clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable holiday . Communication with Ase during the booking process was easy and trouble free , as was access to the apartment on arrival. The complex is small, friendly and very well kept . Reception were available to help with anything you needed . The snack bar owners on site are lovely. It was a nice place to meet and chat . There are a few restaurants and supermarkets locally if you didn’t want to walk down to the harbour or town . It can be very steep walking in some areas but we found easier route into town. That being said Taxis are easy to book and only a few Euros so wouldn’t be put off by that .The views more than made up for it . We didn’t have any problems at all during our stay ( apart from the freak weather system that week ☔️☔️☔️, most unusual for Lanzarote) bad timing for us , sadly ! This is the first time we have stayed in PDC and if we returned we would definitely want to stay at Lago Verde and Ase’s apartment.

Amazing holiday

My husband and myself went for three weeks to this lovely apartment.it was clean and homely there was no negative at all. there was Wi-Fi and English channels on the tv.the view was amazing we sat for hours on the balcony.the weather was beautiful which was a bonus the pool area was great as was the pool bar.a really great holiday

Lovely clean and quiet Apartment

The apartment was very well equipped right down to the corkscrew:) We had a quiet stay either on the terrace or down by the pool which was the best kept pool area I have seen. We had a few drinks and food in the pool bar, the people that run it are extremely friendly. The two small problems we had (wifi and safe key) were rectified instantly by the nice lady in the office. The day we got back I tried to book for next Feb but its fully booked, we will book again when the flights are out next year. Thank you Peter and Barbara

Wonderful view over port towards the sea

Good communication with owner. Easy check in with helpful reception staff. Spacious living area with great views. The apartment was clean, top floor, no one above and towels changed mid week. Good local restaurants and a short walk to many restaurants, bars and beaches. Uphill on way back, but not a problem for us. Quieter end of Puerto Del Carmen and we would return.

Spacious and well equipped. The sheets on the beds need to be thrown away, they are very grey and stained, this alone wouls stop us from re booking.
