Rauhallinen ympäristö tälle 2 makuuhuoneen nykyaikaiselle retriittille, jossa huiman katto ja paljon lasia luonnollisessa ympäristössä. Moderni keittiö, jossa kirsikkakaapit, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja kvartsitiskit. Muita ominaisuuksia ovat viihtyisä takka, 2 terassia, ilmastointi, murphy-sänky ylimääräisille vieraille, kaasugrilli ja palokammion alue leirin tulipaloja varten. Hiljainen tie, mutta hyvin lähellä Devils Lake, Devils Head, Wisconsin-järvi sekä Baraboo ja Sauk City. Loistava paeta lukea ja rentoutua tai käydä polkuilla Devils Lake tai Parfreys Glen. Hyvät ravintolat ovat 5-15 minuutin päässä retriitistä. Ainutlaatuinen retriitti upealla paikalla!
Tämä mökki on saanut hyvää palautetta majoituspaikan yleiskunnosta. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Glacial Lake Wisconsin. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Mökissä tarjoaa keittiön ja takan.

This was our third time staying at this lovely property, we travel here for the Fall Art Tour. The house is secluded but still close to town, the changing colors across the countryside were amazing this year. I would highly recommend this home for a stay in the Baraboo area.

Cute little house that feels a lot bigger than it is! Wonderful large windows and high ceilings. Full kitchen was great-we cooked all of our meals the whole week for 5 people. Very comfortable house in a quiet and convenient location.

Cozy architectural gem in the woods

Very cozy and modern accomdations just an 8 min car ride from devils lake state park. This cabin is nestled in the woods, surrounded by huge tress, singing birds, butterflies and more, a nature lovers dream. The kitchen is well equipt, the place is very clean and tidy. They are many interesting books to read and family fun games too. My family of 5 had a great time, swimming in Devils lake state park and hiking the trails. We had a fun time exploding downtown Baraboo too.

Another great stay at minimalist modern hideaway !

Great location and perfect stay for a group of 6 people.We enjoyed cooking in a modern open kitchen, playing board games, roasting marshmallows in a firepit, grilling delicious dinner .It is a perfect place to stay if you love "Devils Lake" state park. Very short drive and no hassle of packing all camping gear, -so you can spend more time exploring, hiking, fishing or just relaxing.Daron was very prompt and responsive to our messages.Will come back here again. Thank you for this little gem .

a visit home

Much better than expected. Enjoyed the higher quality items like the windows and doors and newer washer and dryer and more than needed kitchen. The location was exactly what I was looking for, out of the way but only 10 min from town. I was born in Baraboo, and come up to visit every couple years or so, and now I have a nice place to stay while I'm there. If you like it too, beware because I liked it so much I'm thinking of buying it. At the very least, I'd like a copy of the plans. A couple of points of interest. Was there during rain showers which lasted nearly the entire stay of 3 nights. There are giant 100 foot trees only 20-30 feet away, and during the storm I heard a tree go down deeper in the forest and it was loud and violent. That house would be a pile of match sticks had one of the trees nearer fell upon it. Also, there is a pebble walkway and it's about 15-20 yards to the pebble drive-way. This set-up promotes a messy floor at the house. Plus it makes it difficult for elderly people like me to bring in and out things like suitcases and coolers. It's not well designed from that stand point. The step into the house is higher than my sore knee liked it, causing me to grab hold and hug the beams holding up the little roof over the entrance way. If it were my place, I'd black top the drive way and the walk-way and raise the walk way so the step to the house is only 5 inches, instead of more than twice that much. Finally, it's a clean and neat place.

Ski Weekend

Daron's contemporary cabin in the woods was amazing. We were very close to Devil's Head Ski Resort and enjoyed a beautiful day of downhill skiing along with Cross Country skiing at Mirror Lake State Park. Everything was perfect!
