This hotel is a great choice for your stay in Amsterdam. The bar has a nice ambience and the staff are courteous and professional. The rooms are very nice and the deluxe types have a great view. I will definitely be booking this hotel again.

An amazing stay for our anniversary! Complimentary check in drinks, every member of staff we interacted with were lovely and always willing to help. Really comfy clean room with a lovely view. This was a beautiful boutique hotel, very well appointed and maintained. The location couldn’t be better for a first time tourist to Amsterdam, within walking distance of the canal sites, as well as the major museums. If we are back in Amsterdam, we will definitely be staying here.

Nice Hotel in good location, staff are friendly, from airport exit turn right, walk to bus stop B17 express bus 397 every 10 mins. (at night Niteliner N97 once per hr. mid-night to 5am) debit or credit card. or online e-ticket, €6.50 one-way or €11.75 return. Get off at Museumplein, walk straight towards Rijksmuseum, hotel on left, returning to airport bus stop for 397 is outside the hotel on the left, cross the road, just outside the spar supermarket,

We had a great stay at Park Centraal Amsterdam. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the overall service was very good. However, our check-out experience was disappointing. Several items were incorrectly added to our bill from the minibar, even though we hadn’t taken anything. While the issue was eventually resolved, it was an unpleasant way to end our stay. Whether it was an honest mistake or something else, it’s something the hotel should be more mindful of. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Liked the concept and idea of what they’re trying to recreate - but not necessarily there yet imo. Cleanliness was subpar by international standards and hospitality was not quite there at times. Overall a decent stay but can definitely use some improvements.
